Handmade Bronze Meertkat group ornament 

All on guard duty standing upright, although that’s not the only reason for standing tall. Overnight in their burrow under the desert it gets really cold, and in the morning they get up, stretch, and stand with their belly on the sand absorbing the morning heat. They are very sociable living in mobs, (yes mobs), of between 20-50!
