Ruby, Sapphire & Diamond Set Reversible Eternity Ring 

Stamped 18ct, but not hallmarked (acid test indicates 18ct all white gold) ruby, sapphire and diamond set reversible full eternity ring

The ring consists of fifteen Burmese “square cut” rubies, and fifteen “square cut” Thai sapphires.

There are two moveable “brilliant cut” diamond set bands, so it can be worn as a sapphire and diamond set or ruby and diamond set ring or it can be worn with just the sapphire or ruby showing. 

Unfortunately due to the nature of the ring, this can not be altered in size
