Second Hand, Hallmarked, (1990s) 18ct, yellow gold shank, white gold head, sapphire and diamond set oval cluster ring

The ring consists of one central oval sapphire measuring approximately 7mm by 5mm in a yellow gold millegrain setting

This sapphire is surrounded by twelve "brilliant  cut" diamonds, with a further three "brilliant cut" diamonds set on each shoulder
